Dhruti has spent years figuring out why people do what they do—through anthropology, biotech, and hands-on storytelling with award-winning filmmaker Ankit Pogula. She’s led content and brand work across F&B, fashion, real estate, e-commerce, and NGOs. At Pragyan, she drives creative direction and operations, making sure every idea lands original, smart, and executed with care.

Manan didn’t just study engineering—he’s built things that actually run. From starting a bamboo startup to managing operations and compliance, he knows what makes businesses tick beyond the spreadsheets. At Pragyan, he leads business development and strategy, focusing on growth, structured planning, and partnerships that actually work.

Aditi is the one who makes sure ideas don’t just exist—they reach the finish line. With a background in engineering and an MBA, she’s navigated administration, resource management, and training, keeping teams aligned and projects moving. At Pragyan, she heads content and resource management, coordinating people, processes, and timelines so everything lands just right.
